RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE
Just experienced the most rude call center agent ever. Firstly she called on my work landline which is a NO GO. Secondly, I had sent an email yesterday for a payment arrangement which she said they never got. Her voice was raised, she was yelling. At the end she dint say bye, she just put the phone down on me. Disgusting.
