Rude Call Center Agent - wrong person on account
<p>i keep getting calls and sms's for my ex husbands accounts. and on a contious basis i tell the call centre agents to take my detilas off. i have been very patient until today when i called into the call center and the agent was rude enough and drop the call on me. this is unacceptable. Do not be rude to me about something that i have no control over.I want my detials to be reomved from your system and if i get one more call i will be complianing to the NCR and the Ombudsman.</p>
