Refusal to issue Paid up letter.

Oh! My god worst experience ever my name is ref:Cap-***.Capitec handed over my loan account to vertex solutions in 2015 I paid my account until I finally settled it in 2018.Now vertex solutions refuses to issue a paid letter.I have nothing but meaning less statements that do nothing to reduce my debts...all I need is my paid up letter.Your reason for refusal just doesn't make any sense. How do my other separate, private, non of your business loans affect your ability to issue a paid up letter for a loan I paid up? Today I called you from capitec and you still refuse even after the consultant from capitec told you she also doesn't understand your reasoning for refusal.Percy Mamila has to be thee most useful superviosor when he cant give answers he just slams the phone on customers...what kind of Micky mouse business are you running? Now one thing is starting to be clear you are trying to use underhanded strong arming tactics to force me to settle all my debts. For your information I will not yield.I continue to be listed for a debt that I paid this is not fair you have nothing to do with my other debts I never took loans in a bulk.Lets treat and resolve each credit agreement on its merits and not **** poor fellow south Africans to enrich greedy banks. My contacts *** email ***
