Refund

I had a loan with standard bank and it was handed over to vertex but they still continued debiting my account. On the 27 October 2021, both companies debited my account and that made a double payment. Loan was paid but there is a refund due to me. I've been to standard bank and they told me to contact vertex, vertex is telling me to contact standard bank. Where is my money?
