Prescribed Debt

My name is Ismael Davids ***.<br> <br> Please note this account is prescribed. and what you are doing is *******.<br> <br> And i told this to DMC also.<br> Your ref: DMC ***.<br> <br> I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 5 consecutive years, either in writing or verbally, not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. No summons has been issued within the last 5 years. Above info communicated to debt collectors & attorneys in the past. They are in contravention of the NCA sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt.<br> <br> Debt therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter be closed. Any negative information will be removed from my credit record. Should I receive any calls I will lay a complaint with the relative authorities, ie, NCR and LSSA.<br> <br> Please attend to this soonest and email a Prescribed letter that this account is closed.<br> <br> Thank you!!!
