Poor service delivery

Very quick to set up arrangements, very quick to send the banking details were payment can be made, very courteuous in calling back to confirm if payment was made. But after that, they just dont give a ****. It is such a mission getting a paid up letter once the account is settled. The idiot on the online chat "Tshepiso" is as usefull as govement when it comes to service delivery.
