POOR SERVICE

Good day, I have a loan from Capitec that was handed over to Ver- solutions. They were now handling my loan account and it is not being handled well. Rebecca Moila the Senior manager in charge will read my emails and ignore. the queries lady asked me for a motivational letter for a discount to settle the account, did about a month ago, this past Friday they attend to it saying 14 working days. then al of a sudden they pop me a mail this morning saying Capitec declined the discounted amount by me and are only offering 5% had they attended to it earlier Capitec would have agreed. I want my case to ne investigated ASAP.
