Poor service
I am struggling to get assistance, the only person who assisted me to her level best was and she did her best to offer me the best service. I sent the letter as requested but the response is not in line with the letter or concerns on the letter. I really want to finalize the matter bust please answer the concerns my letter as requested. Kindly meet me half way and we find a common ground to resolve the issue
