POOR SERVICE

I had 2 loan accounts with Capitec and I was handed over to them, I settled one account in 2018 October, even today Capitec says it has not received and money from them hence on their side it still shows that I owe the for 2 accounts, I have received a statement from them that shows that I have settle the 1 account however it is no use as Capitec is not even aware of it, I sent numerous emails and no response and now CAPITEC wants me to pay 2 account instead of 1.It is not on. So I wonder is the money sitting. dealt with 3 consultants (Agnes and Mampho) and still no use at all,
