Poor service
<p>I was struggling to pay my loan with capitec and they refered me to them to pay, now i paid for 6 months my i still owe capitec the same money when i ask vertex where my money is been going they say they dont know. I have asked them for my statement they dnt send it. I am soo disappointed and i even feel ****ed. </p>
