Poor quality service
I'm very disappointed at vertex their service is very bad. I have been told that my query will take 7 days, till now I am still waiting. I am not getting any response from them they keep on telling me the same thing again and again. if they could just tell me how long it will take than keeping me waiting for nothing😡😡😡😡😡
