PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT LETTER
I called last week wednesday and requested a payment arrangement letter. I was told that I will receive it before the week ends last week but funny now we are in a new week but I havent received the letter. I did advised the agent that I got a new job and my HR wants the letter emergency. I cant start at work now because I dont have the letter and you only good on calling and ****ing the **** out of me than sending me the letter.
