Pathetic service from VER-TEX Solutions

My Capfin account was handed over to an attorney- VERTEX. The collections team is very rude- they called me at the office and i explained to the person that called, that can they please call me when im on lunch as im busy and i cant take personal calls. he told he wont hang up the phone , and i should speak to him or else they will be calling me the whole day. I ended up hanging up the call. Another individual called me and i told him to send me the banking details so that I can pay them. The guy insisted that i confirm my ID number, i told him im not comfortable confirming my id number, can he please just send me the banking details. He insisted on forcing me to give him my ID number.

I hung up on them. if any of their seniors will be reading this review, please just send me the banking details and stop calling me because you guys are rude and i dont want to deal with that.
