Pathetic call Centre and Supervisor Staff!!

The call center staff are not trained in order to do collections. They don't keep track of any correspondence what so ever. The supervisor Obakeng is also not qualified to deal with escalations in a professional manner. They call 100 times a week by also putting the phone down as soon as it's answered so that I looks like they made the call. When you ask for feedback of the conversations they don't have notes of this on the system. If someone does not have a contract with you they are not obliged to share any personal information with you POPIA!!!! get it?
