Paid-Up Letter or Credit Bureau Update Request
I settled my account with Vertex Solutions, but I have yet to receive a paid-up letter. My credit profile also still shows the account as unpaid, which is damaging my credit score.
I am now requesting the following: 1. Immediate issuance of my paid-up letter. 2. Urgent update to all credit bureaus to reflect that the account is fully settled.
