Paid up letter not coming
<p>I settled my account on the 15th September but vertex situation is unable to provide me with a paid up later and my refund.Today i visited their office and they are blaming Capitec for their incompetenceis. Non sense. Refunds are after 90 days. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ver-tex please please provide me with with my paid up letter you are holding my life on a stand still. My account is CAP- ********** 01. Ver-tex officials handing my account is Nonhlanhla Mabena and Dineo Motele.</p> <p> I will post everyday till provided with my paid up letter.</p> <p> </p>

Hi Bets there is no such thing as Paid up letter being sent to me on the 7th. On the 7th i just received an SMS saying i should send a bank statement. My email address is ********** to which email have you sent the paid up letter to? I was at your offices now with Nonhlanhla and Dineo and both have indicated my letter is still pending capitec to reconcile accounts. Please resent that mail to ********** and i will respond immediately with my appologies if indeed it was send. P.
