Paid up letter delay
I have paid up my account in March now this company won't release my paid up letter and it's still showing on my credit score that I still owe them. When I ask about the letter they telling me about a tat of 7 to 14 working days. Today they saying it's 21 days..I'm not happy with their services., and yet are too quick to debit form our accounts.
