Paid up letter

I am LIVID by the level of service over something so small a paid up letter. I have been waiting for a paid up letter for 3months still getting the same excuse that "FNB" must issue my letter. I was promised a call back by Agnes from Vertex and still nothing. I spoke to a France and still nothing.

I demand my paid up letter its not my fault that there are *********** individuals handling queries. I need this resolved ASAP or Im going to Twitter and the paper. Its not fair to treat your clients like this
