Paid Up letter
This is regarding the Morkels account, I settled the account on the 18th May 2015. I since have been waiting for the paid up letter. No one is taking ownership now that the account has been settled. They promised to call and no one is calling back. Now their number *** is not going through. I need the paid up letter and to be removed from bad credit listing from ITC.
