paid up but debit status is still suspended

Hi i paid and my account and settled it in full, i was then sent a paid up letter in JAN 2021 but for some reason the debit Oder status still reflect as suspended instead of paid up or closed - been calling and consultants trying to assist me but my status still shows as suspended - can Ver-tex Solutions please assist in sorting this out emidetly as its affect me bad and would love to have it sorted today
