Online ****

A person used my name and surname **********ly and app**** for a loan.They did not use my Id number.Nevertheless this is disconcerting . I keep on receiving mails with outstanding amounts etc .I have phoned numerous times and every time i phone i am told to provide a copy of my ID before it gets investigated. I received a loan reference number in my mailbox which apparently they cannot trace.(CPF-***) The company instills no confidence, Instead of contacting the person who received the money they want to get as much details of the legit person. Something is *****.
