Ongoing Harassment

I have had my cell number for over twenty years. It has been linked to somebody Ver-Tex is looking for. Despite repeated requests by me for them to delink from their system they continue to harass me. I have instructed them verbally on several occasions over the past month to cease and desist. I have been assured that their harassment of me will stop, but it has not. They are in breach of the POPI Act because they do not have my permission to use my personal and private information and continue to do so even as they are aware that it is in error. I have now sent them a written instruction directing them to stop abusing the use of my personal and private information.
