No settlement letter
They collected the debt on behalf of capitec successfully but have given me the run around with regards to supplying me with my settlement letter. It's been more than 14 days since it was settled. I contacted the WhatsApp line to request the letter on 28 Jan and they stated it would be sent but it wasn't. Then the next day they claim it was sent on the 22nd of Jan but that seems to be a lie since there is no trace of any email from them. And no it did not go to spam.
