I requested a paid-up letter together with my statements that shows all my payments made! This I requested middle January already and haven't received anything up to date!! Now Ver-Tex consultant says that they are waiting to hear from Capitec? \also still waiting for statements from Capitec\"<br> <br> <br> I think this is NOT-acceptable!!<br> <br> To me something seems \"fishy\""
