No Paid Up Letter Account Still Negatively Reflected on Credit Report

I settled my account 2 months ago and it’s updated on my credit score to reflect that I still owe R250 and this is negatively affecting my credit score and preventing mi home loads from being approved.

Please urgently assist with emailing me a paid up letter to rectify this with the credit bureau.
