No customer reponse and just do as they please

Please note I have been getting numerous calls from this company and I asked that they look into the email that I have sent as per their emails. they have refused to respond to my emails and are not willing to listen to me.

the consultants are rude and have no customer service.

I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 3 consecutive years, either in writing or verbally, not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. No summons has been issued within the last 3 years. The above info was not communicated to debt collectors & attorneys in the past.

hey are in contravention of the NCA sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription act 68 of 1969

Debt is therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter be closed. Any negative information will be removed from my credit record. Should I receive any calls I will lay a complaint with the relative authorities, ie, NCR and LSSA.

in actual fact, I have done so with this complaint.
