No Communication

I have had calls from different Call Centre agents who are rude and upbeat, half the time they cant say your name properly, but they are quick to say with an attitude we will hand you over, what gets me is that every time I have to explain I am a single Mother with a child, I am supporting her as well as myself, No as long as they have the right to say what they what in a rude manner, they don't give a ****. I eventually told this lady don't speak to me like I am 2 year old I am an adult you speak to me properly or don't bother. I dropped the call 5 Min later same person phoning me again, I get so annoyed, they don't understand that you cant answer your phone at your work but yet they still carry like on children, Just hang on if we don't work we don't get paid just like them, but no as long as they are happy with food on the table stuffing there mouths they don't give a Dam....
