Most harassing and unprofessional company

The most unprofessional ******** collection company I ever have to deal with.keep increasing interest that are absurd how does one owe a monthly interest of R2500 a month. Had a balance I was paying with capitec made arrangement to pay monthly fee but still have been charged. They send no statement whatsoever the amount they say I'm a balance owing Is the capital amount I owed capitec in my records having paid 10000 and monthly 500 clearly someone is not telling the truth.they keep saying they charge for calling me lawyers etc for what if I'm owing bank and not them as if my nightmare isn't over I asked consultant to send me statement and stop debuting my account but no statement and they still debiting my account. The most harassing most unprofessional debtors collection. It's over a year I'm still waiting for my statement of balance.they force you to acknowledge the amount they think is right in their records. No one to take accountability.
