Loan balance not decreasing

My standard bank account was handed over to Vertex solutions with a balance of R13 000 in January. I paid R10 000 towards the loan but the balance is still over R7000. I called vertex requesting a statement in June. I have not received any response from them. I even called Standard bank but nothing. I am very frustrated with this issue. When will I finish the loan if the amount keeps going up?
