Layers and froudsters

Good day my name is kelebogile Motsepe, ID number *** I took out a loan with capfin and my account was handed over to ver-tex solutions and I made payment arrangements with ver- Tex solutions and on the 07/01/2021 I got a call from one of their agent to settle my account for an amount of R1566.24 , which I did on the 20/01/2021 and when I ask for the settlement letter I'm being told I still owe +- R400 ,so I really don't now if they understand the meaning of settlement , I want this account closed and to be emailed my settlement letter ASAP and I'm not going to call them again as their layers and froudsters,and I want to take this matter further.please assist
