Just want my paid up letters from 2020

I paid up my Capitec account which was handed over to you guys and I asked for my paid up letters which you failed to send for all accounts can you just send my paid up letters as this was paid on 2020 you only gave me one out of three paid up letters your service is dissatisfying I can’t believe Capitec would use you out of all companies to handled peoples accounts
