This company knows nothing about customers confidentiality, I received a call from a family member telling me that these people called told her that I owe them R4700, they even sent an SMS with my details confirming that on a 3rd parties phone. I once worked for a debt collection company nd 1 of the most important things u need to do is to confirm the clients ID number before u disclose any information. I am gonna get legal advice on this.
