Incompetence
<p>I HAVE A PAID MY ACCOUNT WITH DIRECT AXIS A FEW MONTHS AGO BUT I RECIVE CALLS FROM A i*********** COMPANY CALLED VERTEX EVERYDAY SAYING THAT I OWE THEM FUNDS I DONT UNDERSTAND WHERE THESES PEOPLE COME FROM , THEY NEED TO HAVE A SYSTEM IN PLACE BEFORE CALLING A CLIENT UP AND BEING RUDE AND DEMANDING FUNDS FROM THEM........</p>
