Im disappointed in you ver-tex for hiring amateurs to deal with clients

I got a horrible experience this morning from the lady called Boitumelo she was so rude to me even when i try to explain my situation she didn't even wanted to listen to me i really hope you deal with such consultants who doesn't take customers seriously also your response will be much appreciated my contact number ***
