Harassment Centre or Debt Collectors?

This company keeps calling my office at least once a week (often more) looking for an ex-employee who has not been with my company for over 10 years. We have provided the correct number for the person they are looking for and I have even called their office and respectfully requested that they amend their file but still the harassment continues. I know they have a job to do but wouldn't it make more sense to call the correct number than to harass innocent parties and tie up their resources?

Please, I don't require a reply. Just stop harassing me. Update your files so you don't keep harassing people who have nothing to do with the people you hound for payment. I know you have a job to do but those of us who are not involved don't deserve to be harassed to no end.
