Harassment by vertex solutions

I really do not understand how this company works.. Took out a loan with Capitec and that i defaulted due to the fact that i lost my employment in 2020. I have no income and that my account was handed over Ver-tex Solutions to recover the outstanding amount from me. I have been receiving a lot of calls from their unprofessional and rude consultants. I have explained myself over and over to different consultants that I am willing to enter into an arrangement with them to settle the account and that i will make that arrangement on Friday the 19th of March 2021 after 13:00. There is something that i am working on which would generate an income for me however ill only be certain on Friday morning hence my request and appeal to you. Their rude and unprofessional consultants are constantly calling me and this is really annoying. When i app**** for the loan at Capitec, they asked me to provide them with a number of a relative which i did. Now the consultants from this so called collections company are harrasing both of us with phone calls.. A day i have to repeat myself atleast 3 times. I mean my request is very simple, Can you contact me back on the 19th of March 2021 so that we can make a proper arrangement. I understand that you are in business and all that you are interested in is to make money however i am human being and all that i am asking is that the process should be done in a dignified manner.
