Harassment and violation of the POPI ACT

Keeps on harrassing a person, even after sending the documents multiple times to multiple people. Even calls your family without any consent. I did not give them the right to call any of my family and yet they do(so much for the POPI ACT) When will they get the picture that I have sent in my documentation multiple times and that I have spoken to sanlam and advised them why my payment has not been made.
