Harassment!!
I have had the most terrible experience with Ver-Tex. I have been harassed to no end, it does not matter how many times I tell the agents they have got the wrong number, they do not stop calling me. I have explained numerous times, my name is not Sarah Beukes, and they have got the wrong number, but to no avail. The POPI act is definitely a foreign concept to these people.
