Harassing phone calls and Involving people that has got nothing to do with my accounts.

I am currently under debt review, and my Debt review Company is assisting me and sorting out my Creditors. I have been receiving phone calls from Ver-Tex Solutions day in day out, morning, afternoon and evening, Vertex Solutions have been calling my girlfriend as well as my work. Does not matter what I tell them they keep on calling, and they just don't stop. When I call them and explain the situation, they get frustrated and put the phone down in my ear but expect me to answer and speak to them when they call, does not matter how many times a day, what hours of the day, they more they call, I must also understand they bill me every time they call. I really think this is very unprofessional and to involve my girlfriend and my work after I have spoken to them and informed them, it's unacceptable.
