Harassed by Vertex About Old MTN Account!!!!!

Good day,

I am very disappointed with the way Vertex, on behalf of MTN, has handled this matter. After more than five years, I am suddenly receiving calls about an old MTN account that was already removed from my credit report.

What I find unacceptable is that Vertex is now contacting me on my work number about this so-called debt. Why are they only reaching out after all these years, when this matter should have been closed and cleared a long time ago?

This has caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment. I believe it is unfair and unprofessional to contact someone after such a long period, especially on a work number.

I would like Vertex and MTN to stop contacting me at work and to provide a proper explanation for why this issue has resurfaced after so many years.
