Get Your Facts Straight before you say I am not loyal!!

So I am writing another review as this problem is getting worse..My Loan is ONE (1) Month Old From Standard Bank and The first debt order went off on the 28th of April which I think is still fine as it is a debt order..Now the company Ver-Tex Solutions is offering me 20% discount if I pay the full amount..Umm if I am under correction its a loan is paid over a time period not 1 Month!!! I want this problem sorted ASAP..And the person responsible for this must be sorted out!!
