FIX IT!!!

Ok so the second debt order went off for my 2 Month old loan and Ver-Tex Solutions messages me this morning to honor my account?! So someone is not doing their job once again? My ITC is stuffed up because of this and I am losing patience very quickly. Does not help sending me a message saying we will sort it out and nothing gets done. What is next? Are you going to phone my work and request a garnishee order? I am not asking you to fix it...I am telling you to fix it. This is not my mistake and someone has to own up to this!!! Disgusting service!! Hope all Standard bank users see this!! One thing for sure I will be going in the next week or two to another bank
