The call centre agents are the rudest people in the planet . You cannot call a person and tell them to not make excuses to pay back the money that was borrowed as if the money owed is to the person directly like I borrowed it from your mother ?

I was contemplating ending my life at least that way I won't be spoken to like I am not a person and that definitely pushed me more . Thank you as a company for allowing such people to work there and not having any consequences for this kind of behaviour or teaching people basic human decency doesn't apply
