Excellent Service

<p>After a while of calling and speaking to rude people who don't actually know what they doing. People they want my son and I’m busy asking them what is all about but no they want my son to settle the account really he is not working still at school and I even say if is the college account I’m the one who open it but still no help really, I’m the father and I’m the one who took out that Rose bank Loan for my Son. I called Vertex regarding this account but every time I call they will place me on hold for what I don’t know. then weeks later Vertex called me regarding the same account but the Agent didn’t want to hear my side of story I then ask to speak to the manager then I spoke to a gentle man by the name of Victor Ambani the Supervisor, right away he was a bit difficult with some security checks which I understand after that he explained everything to me in a way that I understood what was really happening with my account. He is so professional I recommend people like Victor to be the one who deal with customer service/training people on how to Assist client Big Up</p>
