Double Debit
I have a credit card with african Bank, they made an arrangement with me to pay R633.75 every month so that i can settle the arrears. after few months paying that arranged amount, i then received emails from Vertex Solutions stating that my african bank account is handed over to them, i should make an arrangement with them. then my isssue was that i will have a poroblem because of two arrangements but they promised me that there wont be any double debitting. but this morning African bank debitted and Vertex debitted.
