Disgusting

I’m Am disgusted with this company . I have been inundated with CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY ASKING TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE who I have explained is not me . I then get Calls cut on me EVERYTIME ! when I explain that I am not who they are looking for ! And take me of the list .

1 . there are NO SUPERVISORS OR MANAGERS to speak to as they will NOT TAKE MY CALLS OR SPEAK TO ME

2. call center agents keep asking me to WASTE MY TIME AND AIRTIME TO PHONE THE OUTBOUND CALL CENTER TO GET NO HELP .

3 . I have escalated this and have NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE !

4 . I’m Getting harassed 3 / 4 times a day is NOT ACCEPTABLE I WANT TO BE COMPENSATED FOR ALL MY CALLS MY TIME . This is absolutely ridiculous and I Will be taking this on social media - and to Ombudsman . As my cellphone number is been handed Freely ( Poppy Act )
