Debt collector harassing the wrong person!

Vertex Solutions keeps calling me in error. My name was given as next of kin without my knowledge or permission, and I'm not even relates to this person that they're trying to reach. I have notified them a dozen times to remove my details from their system, and they keep saying they will update their system or escalate to their supervisor, but none of that happens. They just keeping calling me. Surely this is in contravention of POPIA?
