Dcps Solutions... HUGE MISTAKE to chose i for Debt review

Never ever use this Debt Review company DCPS Sulotions... They were/are supposed to have helped me financially get by and make arrangements to go to court and arrange with the bank's to agree on a lower amount monthly... As Debt review companies do... What we pay for monthly!!!! As I am a single mother and really really struggling financially...I had no choice...

What happened is... They never let me know that FNB never accepted the lower amount...

4 years later... of paying the Dcps debt review company monthly and then they allocate it to FNB and Nedbank... and also advise me that I should not speak to my banks at all they handle everything... and getting statements from Dcps sulotions every month... Thinking my loans are getting paid off...

BANG!!! Just to find out 4 years later... No Mam.. FNB never accepted the amount... Finding out the statements Dcps have been sending me is R120 000 out!!! That I now have double the debt I did before... And that the missed payments as well!!!

I have been trying to move away from them... Called them a thousand times... But apparently I have under signed an agreement that I am not allowed to move to another company...and DCPS solutions seem to just ignore anything I have to say...

I am desperate for help...I've been trying all angles... But I'm *****ed as I am under debt review and can't afford to Pa a cent more every month...

At this rate my debt is going up with R4300 rent per month.. And this amount is climbing every month...

I don't know how I'm going to get away from this company to perhaps get to a company that really helps their clients instead of drilling a bigger hole for them...
