DATA PROTECTION BREACH AND HARRASSMENT!!!!

For the past year I have received numerous calls on a daily basis from yourselves looking for someone else! You call me asking for someone else of a different gender and ethnic group. Despite telling you (and you clearly hearing over the phone) that I am not the person you're looking for, you still continue to harrass me! Your conduct is disgusting and completely *********! I have told you on numerous occasions to remove my number from your data base, yet you have no regard to adhere to my request. Do you know what is stated in the Data Protection Act? MY NUMBER IS A PRIVATE NUMBER, I have never and DO NOT give you authority to use or even keep my number. My next step is publishing this on social media and approaching the Legal Ombudsman.
