Creditor Harrassment

I had 2x account with Capitec ,due to the high cost of living and affordability of monthly instalments i couldn't manage to pay them so i decided to go for debt review process ,since from 2019 capitec has been receiving money from debsafe without any complaints, then suddenly begining of June 2021capitec decide to handover my accounts to vertex solution saying that capitec has terminated their service with debtsafe.wha is suprising me its capitec its been receiving the monthly payments from debtsafe and they also sent me confirmations messages .iv been receiving calls with rude and unprofessionally agents from vertex asking me to make arrangements .I cant make make 2 payments debtsafe and them its impossible.

You cant terminate an account without any agreement from the customer or clients.
